This website has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Personal data reaches PIWI only when you choose to call, email or write. This notice explains what happens to it and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we receive
Because the site has no form, the company receives only what you send yourself: your name, the telephone number or email address you write from, the address of the property, your description of the work, and any drawings, photographs or documents you attach. If you become a client, invoicing details are added.
Please do not send special categories of data (for example health information) or anyone else’s personal data unless it is necessary for the work being discussed.
The hosting provider that serves this website keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, the page requested, browser identification and the time of the request — to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. The website itself collects nothing.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis

- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where you write on behalf of someone else, Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiry we receive.
- Agreeing and carrying out work

- Invoicing, accounting and tax records
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with the accounting and tax obligations of a Polish company.
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in protecting our legal position.
- Keeping the website available and secure (server logs held by the hosting provider)
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in delivering the site and preventing abuse.
Do you have to provide it
Providing data is voluntary. It is not a statutory requirement to contact us. Without a way of reaching you, however, we cannot answer an enquiry, and without invoicing details we cannot issue the documents the law requires us to issue for work carried out.
Who else may see it
Your data may be disclosed to:
- the provider of the company’s email service and its telecommunications operator;
- the hosting and security provider that serves this website;
- accounting, tax and legal advisers, and postal or courier operators;
- suppliers or subcontractors, where carrying out agreed work genuinely requires it;
- public authorities and courts, where disclosure is required by law.
Service providers act on our instructions under written data processing agreements. Your data is not sold, rented or used for anyone else’s marketing.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The company’s email address is hosted on a widely used international email service, so messages you send may be stored or processed outside the EEA by that provider. Where that happens, the transfer takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision, or of standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept while the conversation is live and then only as long as they might reasonably be needed if you come back to us.
- Data relating to agreed work is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards until the limitation period for claims under Polish law has run out.
- Accounting and tax records are kept for the period Polish tax and accounting law requires, which is five years counted from the end of the year in which the tax became payable.
When a period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, and subject to the conditions it sets, you have the right to:
- Access to your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure of your data, where one of the grounds in Article 17 GDPR applies.
- Restriction of processing, in the situations listed in Article 18 GDPR.
- Portability of data you provided, where processing is based on a contract and carried out by automated means.
- Objection to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
- Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. We take no such decisions.
How to exercise them
Send your request to [email protected] or to the postal address above. Say what you are asking for. We may need to ask a question to confirm who you are before we act. You will get an answer within one month of the request; if the request is complex, that period can be extended by up to two further months and we will tell you why. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
Complaining to the supervisory authority
If you think your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. You may also seek a remedy before the courts.
Automated decisions and profiling
Data received through this website is not used for automated decision-making or for profiling. No decision affecting you is taken by automated means alone.
